Following a Wednesday meeting between President Paul Kagame, Cindy Descalzi, and Serge Pereira, CEO of the insurance company Starstone, who, according to the presidency, was in the nation to introduce the Ironman Triathlon After South Africa, Egypt, Morocco, Rwanda is the third African country to host the race.
