In a case that has come to be known as The people Vs Chebukati, a total of 9 petitions have been filled by Kenya’s opposition and activists groups to dispute the just concluded Kenyan presidential elections. In a truck, Raila Odinga moved boxes of paperwork as he filed a lawsuit contesting the outcome of the presidential election. The Supreme Court of Kenya has already received the lawsuit that Mr. Odinga, his running mate, Martha Karua, and the attorneys who will be defending them will present have submitted.
