USA: Immigrants and Transgender Females Must Sign Up for Military Draft

Transgender women must still register for the military draft, according to the U.S. Selective Service announcement made on Friday. The Biden Administration will now require transgender women who were born as men to register for the U.S military draft

The  Selective Service announced that all male US citizens and male immigrants, who are 18 through 25, are required to register with Selective Service for draft into the US military.

The military agency also said that all biological males must sign up for the draft, which also applies to “US citizens or immigrants who are born male and have changed their gender to female”.
