40 Corpses Belonging to Migrants Dumped in Chongwe Zambia

Dozens of migrants were found dead in the forest near a highway in Chongwe District, Zambia on Sunday. Only one man was alive upon discovery and was rushed to Chongwe District Hospital, Zambian media outlet reports.

The 4o corpses found are believed to belong to Somali nationals who were dumped in the bush by unknown people in the Chongwe Ngwerere area, it is reported. Zambia Police Service was said to be present on the scene for investigations at the time of publishing.
