Launched by Agriculture Rural Development & Environmental Awareness Foundation (ARDEAF), “11 Days for Earth’s Healing” is a global ecological movement designed to inspire individuals and communities to take action to protect mother earth while promoting sustainability for a better world.
However, movements like “We Don’t Have Time” and “Think.Eat.Save” are also rallying people worldwide to combat climate change and reduce food waste, while organizations like “Trees for Cities” are greening urban spaces for a healthier planet.
“We Don’t Have Time” movement is a social network for “anyone who wants to be a part of the solution to combat climate change. Whereas “Think.Eat.Save” is on a mission to help people become more aware of food waste.
London-born organization “Trees for Cities” aims to strengthen communities, beautify cities from Nairobi to New York by developing beautiful, utilitarian urban green spaces.
From planting trees to promoting sustainable living, these efforts on “World Earth Day“ underscore the collective global push for a greener, more sustainable future.
